Dr. (Mrs) Ejodamen Treasure Omotade started her lecturing/research career in the Department as Lecturer II, in 2018. She holds a PhD degree in Inorganic Chemistry from University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria. Her research interests include synthesis and characterization of mixed ligand complexes, green synthesis and characterization of nanoparticles for wastewater treatment. She has published over six articles. From the results of the research, the complexes synthesized possessed greater antimicrobial activities than the antifungal agent (fluconazole) and antibacterial agent (ciprofloxacin) which were used as standards. She has attended several conferences related to her field of expertise.

Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology (OAUSTECH), Okitipupa was established by the Ondo State government in 2008. It was initially named as Ondo State University of Science and Technology (OSUSTECH).
