JOB SUMMARY

The External Auditor will be responsible for conducting annual audits of the university's financial statements and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct annual audits of the university's financial statements

- Review financial reports and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

- Provide recommendations for improving financial management and internal controls

- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management

REQUIREMENTS

The Firm is required to be registered with both the Corporate Affairs Commission and the Office of the Ondo State Auditor-General. Additionally, possession of a valid Practising License and current Tax Clearance Certificate is mandatory, alongside demonstrable experience auditing the accounts of a university or comparable institution. Proficiency in the use of accounting software and systems is also essential.
