The factories available for leasing are:
- Water factory
- Bakery
- Soap-making factory
Interested individuals/organizations are requested to submit and produce the following documents/information with verifiable evidence(s) for assessment/consideration:
- Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) by the inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation.
- Evidence of registration with Ondo State Government.
- Evidence of registration with the institution.
- Company profile and Organization Structure, including names and resumes of key personnel with addresses and phone numbers.
- Evidence of Registration of the company and key personnel with relevant professional bodies.
- Verifiable list of previous/similar services successfully executed in the past five (05) years with their locations and clients.
- Evidence of Current Tax Clearance certificate for the last three (03) years (2020, 2021 and 2022) and Tax identification Number (TIN)
- Provision of VAT Certificate
- Company’s audited accounts for the past three (03) years 2020, 2021 and 2022 from a registered auditing firm.
- Evidence of current compliance with the NSITF Employee Compensation Act.
- Annual turnover as stated in a verifiable tax clearance certificate, Evidence of Financial Capability/Reference letter from a reputable bank.
- Provision of current Certificate of Compliance from the industrial Training Fund (ITF).
- For joint Ventures, Memorandum of Understanding must be attached.
- Possession of any other additional requirement not stated above that would support your application.
SUBMISSION EXPERESSION OF INTEREST DOCUMENTS
The application should be submitted in Two (2) copies with photocopies of relevant documents to the office of the Vice-Chancellor, Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology, Okitipupa. Submission of EOI closes on Tuesday, 16th May, 2023 at 12:00 noon. Any Tender received after the stated date and time will not be considered.
